The Lifestyle Medicine curriculum will provide the foundation for assessing and treating those with conditions that impact living a healthy life. Clinicians will be able to assimilate clients with metabolic disorders, those who suffer from persistent pain, cardiovascular disorders, obesity, poor sleep habits, stress, or other symptoms or diagnoses into the current framework of allied health professions. This will help guide clients towards a path of thriving health.

Behavior change is hard! Learners will get exposed to understanding where clients are in their motivation to change. Lifestyle Medicine also provides education on how to shift our conversation to be client-centered and tap into their inherent expertise and motivation.

We have top faculty teaching the courses who have expertise in the content. All coursework can be completed online.
