All health care providers must meet the minimum education/credentialing requirements for their respective career (to be evaluated during the application process).
If English is not the applicant’s native/first language, specified language proficiency requirements must be met.
All health care providers must possess a current and valid license to practice in their respective profession. This license must not be under suspension, revocation, probationary status, or subject to disciplinary proceedings or inquiry. Non-licensed Rehab Technicians will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
