This week, we’re going to talk about the ONE way to stop freaking out. What do I mean by that? Think of comments like “it’s all bad or it’s all great,” or “I’ve got to get it all done or I’ll get nothing done,” or “it has to be perfect.” Typically, it deals in absolutes and can sneak its way into our situations.

It’s called perfectionism, and it gets us nowhere. Ever.

We’ll talk about this sneaky problem, how to identify it, attack it, and resolve it! Ask yourself, instead, when is good enough, good enough?
