EIM Inside Leadership: Working With Reactivity

February 5, 2019 • Other • Daphne Scott

In this month’s episode of the EIM Inside Leadership Podcast, Dr. Daphne Scott is exploring our nature of reactivity and why it is, in fact, part of who we are as human beings.

The trouble starts for us when we refuse to see it. We instead begin to pretend that it isn’t there and also become identified with it as who we are. We can choose in any moment to be free or instead, to be at the effect of our naturally occurring reactivity.

Listen in as Daphne discusses how this impacts our lives and our leadership. We hope you enjoy this episode and we will talk to you the first week of March for the next Inside Leadership episode!
