EIM Inside Leadership Podcast: Listening and the Most Important Skills You Need to Know

On today’s episode, Dr. Daphne Scott is going to give you specific skills that will high-speed you to becoming better at doing the thing we call “listening.” There are a myriad of reasons why we need to become better at listening, but it’s obvious that we, ourselves, need to be better at listening, as do the rest of the people within the organization. Also, if you care about meaningful relationships (which we assume you do), then listening is EXTREMELY important.

Daphne will give you specific tools to use to become a better listener, including the ability to check for accuracy, reflect with the person you’re listening to, and summarize what they said.
