One of the most important parts of the Evidence in Motion culture is developing incredible relationships with true sincerity and authenticity. The goal is to create mutually beneficial relationships that move each other, as well as the mission, forward.
We’ve discussed mentorship quite a bit on this podcast. It’s much easier said than done. Truly great mentorship is extremely rare. We ask Dr. Mark Shepard to discuss his experiences with mentorship and advice on mentorship. Mark shares, not only how important it is, but also how to find the best mentorship possible (he has two criteria) within the limitations you may have so that you can still get the most benefit from it.
In this same fashion, Mark also shares about the Hybrid Learning Certification that he’s involved with as it also builds that therapeutic alliance between students and faculty members.
