Course Objectives/Outcomes

By the end of the course, a successful participant will be able to: 

  • Discuss AmaZing! Customer Service and the 10 AmaZing! Principles and how they relate to providing superior patient care. 
  • Deliver AmaZing! patient results by not only focusing on a specific patient issue, but by focusing on the patient, with evidence-based techniques to holistically treat patients. 
  • Apply positive and encouraging word choices when treating patients, fostering a more intimate connection with patients, and therefore a more effective and efficient treatment process. 
  • Incorporate “friendly and caring” into daily practice so that they find increased job satisfaction. 
  • Effectively solve problems and issues that arise with patients by using tried and true steps, such as LISTEN, LEARN, and ACT and COMPASSION, LISTENING, ACTING, SOLVING THE PROBLEM, and STARTING OVER. 
  • Exceed patient expectations from a service standpoint through empowerment of choosing their own attitude. 
  • Infuse values into their clinic culture, promoting a positive and healthy environment for all employees and patients.
