Bio

Josh has been in practice since 2001 after receiving his Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from University of New England. Josh became a clinic director in 2005 and has had a passion for learning and mentorship since then. He completed the EIM Executive private practice Management program in 2012 receiving his tDPT and earned his board certification in orthopedics in 2015 after which he mentored multiple PTs through their residencies.

In 2015 Josh also became a regional director and over the past 11 years has overseen between 5 and 11 clinics at a time collaborating on a leadership development program for new and experienced leaders. Josh’s passion continued to shift more toward coaching and leadership development and he received his Executive Coaching Certification from The University of Texas in Dallas in 2021 and earned a Master’s Degree in Leadership and Organizational Development in 2023.
