Ellen Jordahl graduated from The University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2018. Ellen pursued the Sports Residency Program through Evidence in Motion and is a Board Certified Sports Clinical Specialist as of 2020. Ellen has worked in several different fields of PT. She has worked in home health during COVID times, she pursued a pelvic health specialty and worked for a small private Pelvic Floor business, she has worked in sales with a company providing affordable neuro devices for patients, and is now working at Baylor Scott and White in an outpatient multidisciplinary clinic. She is currently helping teach labs at St. Augustine University in South Austin and hopes to become adjunct faculty in the near future.
Ellen is very passionate in educating her students as a clinic instructor and her students in PT school at St. Augustine’s. She loves working with complex patients who are seeking multidisciplinary treatment and collaborating with other practitioners. She finds that her SCS background and multiple EIM courses have allowed her to treat with a holistic approach to better serve her patients’ needs. Moreover, she is excited to share her knowledge and passion with other clinicians who are seeking to provide the best and most efficacious care for her patients.
