These complex client scenarios require strong knowledge of lifestyle medicine principles and how to appropriately implement this knowledge. This course will expand on how to do a health risk appraisal and its ancillary tests including body composition. The participant will gain the know-how of implementing behavior change when considering exercise prescription and other key pillars of health and wellness.
