Bio

Tayla Foulkrod graduated from Springfield College in Springfield Massachusetts in 2015 with her Bachelors in Health Science and continued to receive her DPT from Springfield College in 2021. She completed her orthopaedic residency through Highbar Physical Therapy in Rhode Island in 2022, and is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapists Specialties (ABPTS). She received her pelvic health certification through Herman and Wallace, Level 1 in 2020 and Level 2A in 2023. She serves as an adjunct instructor for the Springfield College Doctorate of Physical Therapy program. Dr. Foulkrod is passionate about treating the whole person, and finds that her combined knowledge of orthopedics and pelvic floor allow her to give a well rounded plan of care for all patients.
