Bio

Dr. Olayi Oyekanmi graduated with a Bachelor’s degree from The Pennsylvania State University in 2011 and subsequently received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from New York University in 2016. He worked in an outpatient Orthopedic Physical Therapy practice on the Upper East Side of New York, during which time, he became a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy (2019). He currently practices in the Metro Atlanta area and serves as a Clinic Director at HPRC. In 2024, Dr. Olayi completed Bellin College’s Orthopedic and Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship program. He served as adjunct faculty at CUNY College of Staten Island’s DPT program and currently serves as adjunct faculty at South College Knoxville and a guest lecturer at New York University. Dr Olayi also takes pride in being a Clinical Instructor to Physical Therapy Students and a mentor to Physical Therapists who are eager to further improve their clinical skills.
