Bio

Dr. Megan H. Walker is the National Region Regional Director of Mountain River Physical Therapy and also serves as the Team Leader for the Ocala, FL location and has held these positions since 2021 and 2017, respectively. Dr. Walker has been a licensed physical therapist in the state of Florida since 2015. Dr. Walker obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Newberry College in 2011. Following graduation, she attended the Medical University of South Carolina, graduating with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2015. Most recently, Dr. Walker obtained her Board Certification as an Orthopedic Clinical Specialist in 2024. Dr. Walker’s additional certifications include: Complete Concussion Management certification, American Institute of Balance Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation certification, Manual Therapy certification and Orthopedic certification through Evidence In Motion as well as ASTYM certification and SFMA and FMS certification and Blood Flow Restriction certification through the University of Tennessee.
