Bio

Dr. Lauren Onate completed her undergraduate education at the University of Wyoming in 2019, earning degrees in both Kinesiology and Spanish. She then went on to obtain her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from South College in Knoxville, Tennessee in 2021. After graduation, Dr. Onate went on to complete her Orthopedic Residency through Evidence in Motion and became a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapists Specialties (ABPTS) in 2024. She also completed Evidence in Motion’ s Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification program in 2023. Dr. Onate’s primary focus is in outpatient orthopedics and she is passionate about applying orthopedic and pain science techniques to improve patient outcomes in the clinic.
