Bio

Kristen Lye is a board-certified orthopedic specialist and developing educator with a passion for evidence-based practice and mentorship. Since completing her residency with Evidence in Motion (EIM) through Texas Physical Therapy Specialists, Kristen has focused on advancing her clinical expertise in orthopedics, with a growing interest in vestibular rehabilitation. She has been actively involved in teaching residents, mentoring clinicians, and contributing to the profession through her work in clinical education.  

Kristen earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2021 through the University of Texas Medical Branch and completed her undergraduate studies at Texas Lutheran University, where she also played collegiate basketball. Currently based in Austin, she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with her dog, Oakley, when she’s not working to elevate the next generation of physical therapists.
