Bio

Dr. Jasmine Reynolds grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, where her lifelong passion for sports and outdoor activities first sparked her interest in physical therapy. Her dedication to helping others recover and perform at their best led her to pursue both her undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at Saint Louis University. 

After earning her DPT in 2019, Dr. Reynolds began her career in the Chicago area before relocating to Colorado, where she practiced in a sports-focused outpatient clinic treating athletes of all ages and skill levels. Committed to continual professional growth, she completed a post-doctoral Sports Physical Therapy residency program and is scheduled to become a Board-Certified Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) in March 2026. 

Now practicing in Grand Rapids at Good Life Physical Therapy, Dr. Reynolds continues to pursue her passion for sports physical therapy. She is dedicated to helping patients achieve their personal and athletic goals, whether returning to sport, recovering from injury, or improving everyday function. Dr. Reynolds brings a patient-centered approach, clinical expertise, and enthusiasm to every treatment session.
