Bio

Heidi grew up in central California. She has been a physical therapist since 2004. Desiring more clinical work with athletes, she completed her sports physical therapy residency in 2013. Since that time Heidi has worked with U.S. military service members, National and Olympic level athletes, and Cirque du Soleil performers. She currently works with operators at the Special Forces Underwater Operations school in Key West. Despite travel work near and far, Heidi continues to advance her knowledge in physical therapy with coursework. She also studies the cello; although she has no desire to become a professional musician!
