Erica is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana. She grew up playing basketball and earned her third-degree black belt. Prior to attending physical therapy school, she coached gymnastics and CrossFit, gaining experience in movement training and athlete development.

Erica completed her Sports Physical Therapy residency in San Antonio, Texas. She previously served as a Clinic Director, where she built and led a sports-focused team and worked with athletes of all levels.

Her professional interests include ACL rehabilitation, return-to-sport progression, concussion management, and clinical education. She is also involved in mentoring and supporting the development of other clinicians.

In her spare time, Erica enjoys spending time outdoors and traveling with her husband, son, Dominic, and their dog, Roo.
