Bio

I am a passionate, driven, life-long learner committed to improving healthcare by providing compassionate, evidence based care. My bachelor’s degree is in Exercise Science with a focus on physiology from the University of Sioux Falls in Sioux Falls, SD and my DPT degree was completed at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas. One of my main interests is the field of pain science and this has been a focal point of his professional development, continuing education, and teaching since completion of physical therapy school.

My practice is mainly in an outpatient orthopedic setting as part of a rural healthcare system in South Dakota. Being part of a small health system has allowed some awesome opportunities including treating people throughout the lifespan, on all areas of the spectrum of health and wellness, and taking a leading role in teaching hospital staff how to apply pain science concepts in the ER, inpatient settings, obstetrics, and outpatient health clinics.

I completed the Pain Science Fellowship in the fall of 2021 as part of the 3^rd cohort and look forward to continue growth and learning alongside other evidence based, compassionate healthcare professionals.
