
Evidence In Motion (EIM) has named Jamie James as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO).
With more than two decades of experience in higher education and educational technology, Jamie is recognized for transforming organizations, scaling operations and delivering results.
Jamie has built her career by bridging strategy with execution to create meaningful impact. As Principal of TransformEd, she partnered with higher education and ed tech companies to align priorities with action, accelerate growth and guide mergers and acquisitions.
She has also held senior leadership roles at organizations such as Academic Partnerships and Southern New Hampshire University, where she focused on expanding access, improving student outcomes, building partnerships and driving growth.
At Southern New Hampshire University, Jamie helped grow the online student population from 15,000 to more than 120,000 while improving retention, graduation rates and reducing student borrowing.

Throughout her career, Jamie has led teams of more than 1,500 employees, overseen multimillion dollar technology implementations and launched new learning models to meet the needs of today’s students.
