Returning to sport following lower extremity injury can be a complicated decision, and the risk of re-injury increases when athletes return before they are ready. This presentation will discuss the utilization of algorithms (of three common injuries: ACLR, hamstring strain, ankle sprain) to ensure all variables are taken into account for a safe return. Due to the individuality of each athlete and the sports they play, return to sport testing recommendations may be different from athlete to athlete.
