    This session will define and describe what primary, secondary, and tertiary injury prevision.  Further illustration of these concepts will be provided using primary prevention of Primary Cam Morphology with peak height velocity calculations in adolescent athletes.

    Session Details:

    This session will continue the application of injury prevention with youth athletes prioritizing physical literacy.  Further discussion on the use of peak height velocity calculations with implementation of targeted training cycles (periodization) which emphasize hip extension will illustrate a key to appropriately distributing loads at the developing hip.
