I teach so that other physical therapists interested or involved in the athletic/tactical community can bring their patients to the high level of function required in their sport/job.

Bio

Heidi grew up in central California. She has been a physical therapist since 2004. Desiring more clinical work with athletes, she completed her sports physical therapy residency in 2013. She is a board-certified clinical specialist in both sports and orthopedic physical therapy.

Heidi has worked with U.S. military service members, National and Olympic/Paralympic level athletes, and Cirque du Soleil performers. She currently works with operators at the Special Forces Underwater Operations School in Key West.

Despite travel work near and far, Heidi continues to advance her knowledge in physical therapy with coursework.
