Our final EIM Practice Leadership Podcast for 2018 is upon us! This week, Dr. Larry Benz will be discussing 2 things: Gifts to be given TO the PT profession and gifts that WE can give back to the PT profession.
In his first Ultimate Holiday Gift Wishlist, Larry shares some things that he would like to see gifted to the PT profession. His desire is for us to be able to spend more quality time with patients and be more efficient in overall operations. Regardless of whether you think this wishlist is possible or not, Larry has some compelling reasons why this it is absolutely essential and beneficial to our profession.
His second list centers around gifts WE can give back to the profession. These are gifts we can give to young PTs coming into the profession and gifts we can give each other to help us to continue to grow and master our profession, so we can be better PTs, better leaders, and better business people.
