Bio

Dr. Visnja King has 14 years of clinical experience as a Doctor of Physical Therapist and nearly 8 years as a clinical director and owner of King Physical Therapy North Huntingdon along side her physical therapist husband, Dr. Matthew King. She also has experience within the research realm as she practiced as a research physical therapist for 2.5 years at the University of Pittsburgh. She earned her Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) designation in 2016 and completed her Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy (FAAOMPT) from Evidence in Motion in 2018. Dr. King is presently on staff with EIM serving as Musculoskeletal/Orthopedic weekend intensive faculty and adjunct faculty with South College Doctorate of Physical Therapy program in Knoxville, TN. Additionally, she has previous teaching experience with the University of Pittsburgh, Chatham University, and Duquesne University within the Doctorate of Physical Therapy Musculoskeletal Curriculum. Dr. King is also active member of the APTA and AAOMPT. When Visnja and Matt are not helping their community become healthier, they enjoy staying fit with their CrossFit workouts and spending quality time with their two amazing daughters.
