Bio

Dr. Tobin Wingard has been practicing physical therapy for over 34 years. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison (BSPT), and St. Louis University (DPT). He also earned a board certification in Geriatrics through the American Physical Therapy Association. Dr. Wingard is part of the Associated Faculty team at Indiana State University for the Physical Therapy Doctoral Program, and has also been a guest lecturer at Indiana University and Vincennes University. Emphasizing preventative care, Dr. Wingard has also conducted multiple community based educational workshops and seminars with focus on developing and maintaining wellness and a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Wingard’s clinical emphasis is in Geriatric Rehabilitation, Post-op Rehabilitation, Orthopedic & Sports Medicine, Spine Care, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Parkinson’s Disease, Fibromyalgia, Manual Therapy, Graston, Functional Dry Needling, Cupping, and Blood Flow Restriction Training. Dr. Wingard is also a wellness and personal health coach.
