Michelle M. VanSlate is an innovative instructional designer and curriculum specialist with extensive experience applying adult learning theories, instructional design principles, and digital transformation strategies. She has collaborated with various subject matter experts across various sectors, including higher education and business, to develop and deliver hybrid and online learning experiences. Michelle has a strong background in curriculum and instruction, eLearning environments, and project management. Her expertise also includes developing learning solutions aligned with institutional goals, using both andragogical and pedagogical approaches. She holds a Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is passionate about enhancing educational practices through innovative design and cross-functional collaboration.
