Megan is a Certified Professional Midwife and mother of 4. She began teaching the skill of babywearing in 2013, when she helped found and run a thriving community babywearing group. As one of the cofounders and directors of the Central Missouri Babywearing group, she was involved in teaching community classes, individuals, training additional volunteer babywearing educators, and curating and administrating a carrier lending library for the community.
Megan served as the South Central Regional Director for Babywearing International for many years. She continues to share babywearing with families in care and with her local community. In addition to teaching many families the useful skill of babywearing, Megan has also trained fellow healthcare workers in teaching babywearing skills and safety for the benefit of their patients and the families they serve.
