Occupational Therapy
Jessica Asiello, OT, OTD, OTR is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Occupational Therapy at the MGH Institute of Health Professions, where she teaches post-professional interprofessional students on quality improvement, program evaluation, evidence-based practice, and capstone innovation.
Her clinical practice and research are in acute care, with specialty experience in ICU rehabilitation and cardiac and neurological populations. Jessica is the co-founder and co-facilitator of the American Occupational Therapy Association’s new Acute and Critical Care Community of Practice. She has co-authored peer-reviewed and professional publications and has presented her research at international, national, and regional conferences.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science with honors in human development from Cornell University and a Master of Science and Post-Professional Doctor of Occupational Therapy from Boston University.
