Bio

Jenna is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist who has been practicing in hand therapy since 2012. She earned her Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Indiana before returning to school to pursue her Occupational Therapy Doctorate and later received her CHT credentials. Jenna is now the academic fieldwork coordinator and assistant professor at the University of Southern Indiana, while maintaining her hand therapy skills by working at least one day a week in a physician owned private practice clinic.

  • Adjunct Faculty, University of Southern Indiana
  • Program Director, Certificate for Advanced Practice in Hand Therapy, EIM
Notable Achievements:
  • After graduating with her OTD, her capstone project became EIM’s Certificate for Advanced Practice in Therapy
  • Jenna helped develop EIM’s post-professional OTD program, now offered through Baylor University
Research:
  • Post-Operative Therapy for the Mini-Tightrope Suspensionplasty for CMC arthritis (in progress)
