Bio

Dr. Alnwick, originally from NY state, now resides in Northern NH with his wife and son. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Exercise Science in 1998 and a Master of Physical Therapy in 2001, both from Notre Dame College. He obtained his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2006. Since 2001, he has practiced primarily in the outpatient settings in rural Northern NH. He is an active member of the APTA as the NH representative and coordinator of the state representative network for the American Academy of Sports PT.  Dr. Alnwick received his Therapeutic Pain Specialist certification from ISPI (now EIM) in 2016 and completed a Fellowship in Pain Science through EIM in 2023. His research interests lie in pain science throughout the continuum of care. He also provides presentations to the local middle school students and senior lecture series through the recreation departments on how pain works. In his free time, Dr. Alnwick enjoys photography and quality time with his family.
