Dry Needling
Dr. Schaberg received her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with a focus in Nutrition and Fitness from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 2004. She worked as personal trainer for 6 years which included corporate wellness and in-home training. This sparked her interest for a deeper understanding of how the body can heal itself given proper nutrition, rest, and activity. She went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Regis University in May 2012. Over the last 11 years she has taken numerous courses to further her education to better serve her patients. Amanda has 10 years of dry needling experience including 6 years of teaching functional dry needling to other healthcare providers. She has a strong interest in applying the health and wellness principles she has learned to her clients’ lives and to her own. Outside of the clinic she can be found playing in the mountains, working out or getting creative in the kitchen.
