Bio

Dr. Alexis Haws has been a staff therapist in orthopedic and acute care practice for 12 years. She has been an educator of functional dry needling for nine years but continues to be a student of this practice. Her specialties include chronic spine and pelvic health management. Various contributions to SCL Health include EMR project management, clinical lead appointments and workflow process development. As an APTA, HPA SIG and CO – GAC member Alexis has particular interest in insurance contracting, medical billing and coding.
