Bio

Has been in practice since 2012 working at the Andrews Institute in Gulf Breeze, FL, Andrews Research and Education Foundation, and now in addition, is the Medical Director, Rehabilitation coordinator & Physical Therapist for Bubba Watson, Peter Uihlein, Matthew Wolff, and several other professional golfers. He worked hand in hand with world renowned surgeon James Andrews, MD (retired). He has been utilizing dry needling since 2018 and became a faculty member in 2023.

Tyler played collegiate baseball at Yakima Valley CC and Dickinson State University and is in the DSU Hall of Fame. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies with a double major in Spanish and Biology he attended the University of Montana earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy. He has worked with athletes of all levels in a variety of sports with a special emphasis in football and baseball.

Tyler has worked with over 250 NFL players, over 45 NFL Draft picks including 6 straight top 20 picks (2018-2023), 10 first rounders, multiple All Pro’s, NFL record holders, and an NFL Offensive Player of the year. Additionally, he has a passion for training and reconditioning members of our Armed Forces and has treated retired and active-duty servicemen and women from every branch of the military, including special operators with the Army, Navy, and Air Force.

He has several publications to his name varying from orthobiologics in rehab, return to play outcomes, sports biomechanics, and more while working as the lead Rehabilitation Researcher with The Andrews Research and Education Foundation since 2015. Tyler has consulted with multiple NFL, SEC and ACC college football teams, special operation squadrons, and professional golf organizations in his career and continues to work to advance the rehabilitation field. Tyler enjoys family time with his wife (who is an OT/CHT), scuba diving, playing with his daughter, son, and their dog. He is an avid outdoorsman and college football fan of The Washington Huskies and Montana Grizzlies. He expresses his most sincere thanks and love to his wife for all she does and being keystone of the family and his life.
