Pain Science, Pelvic Health
Truly graduated from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1996, completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2020 and a Fellowship in Pain Science in 2021 with Evidence in Motion. Her primary population has been the adult population with 19 years in skilled nursing facilities, with 11 years in management and 13 years also managing her own caseload of outpatients, along with 6 years in an outpatient nonprofit facility early in her career. She received her International Mechanical Diagnostics Certification in 2002 from the McKenzie Institute, became certified in Pelvic Physical therapy in 2017 from the Academy of Pelvic Health APTA, and then completed the Therapeutic Pain Specialist Certification in 2019 from EIM. Currently, Truly is the owner and sole clinician for Moore Therapy Clinics which provides general physical therapy with a specialization in chronic pain, pelvic, and spine health for men and women. She is excited to be able to be one on one with her clients in their journeys to recovery.
She also has the privilege of being an active member of the APTA (American Physical Therapy Association), serving as member at large on the Finance Committee of the Academy of Pelvic Health, Section Programming co-chair for the Academy of Pelvic Health, and at the state level serving on the Conference Committee and just completing 3 terms as a member of the Ethic Committees. She also stays up to date on her clinical specialties as a member of the McKenzie Institute, and teaching Pain Neuroscience and pelvic floor courses for EIM. In her off hours, Truly enjoys advancing her knowledge, gardening, and traveling/camping with her beloved husband.
