Robert started his college career playing baseball for Florida Atlantic University. After his sophomore year, he transferred to the University of Florida where he received his Bachelor’s of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition with an emphasis on nutrition. He brings over twenty years experience in marketing, sales, and business development from the hospitality, construction, and medical industries. Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. He likes to try new cuisines/restaurants, play baseball, watch movies, and cook – you can often find him in the kitchen. Robert is also an entrepreneur in the restaurant manufacturing space.
