Nelson W. Adrian S., PT, DPT, MSc, MEd, TPS, XR, is a musculoskeletal physical therapist focused on bridging pain science and real-world clinical practice. His work integrates pain neuroscience education, clinical reasoning, and technology-driven approaches such as exergaming and extended reality (XR) to support behavior change and functional recovery. He has a background in orthopedic manual therapy and is involved in academic work exploring its contemporary clinical role. Nelson is the founder of TherAdvance (Advanced Physical Therapy) and contributes to postgraduate education, international conferences, and research initiatives, including peer review and academic publications in musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
