Kimberly Lopez earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from South College. Prior to that, Kimberly obtained her Bachelor of Science in Applied Exercise Physiology from Texas A&M University. Kimberly completed her Orthopedic Residency in 2020 with EIM and is a Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists (OCS) and is most interested in treating patients with metabolic disease, persistent pain and weightlifting athletes. Kimberly has been a trained residency mentor and leading residency rounds since 2022. She started teaching with EIM in 2022 as a TA and now is a Lead Faculty member as of 2024. She has a large passion for mentoring and teaching. She loves to coach PTs to develop a level of clinical excellence to better serve our patients. In her free time Kimberly likes to be active outdoors, spend time with her friends and family, and travel to new places to create new experiences.
