Bio

Dr. Kim Lopez is a Physical Therapist that works with Texas Physical Therapy Specialists. She has been working in Outpatient Physical Therapy since 2019, and has a strong passion for movement and wellness. She has a unique background of working with bariatric patients to aid in weight loss pre-op and post-op. She graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Exercise Physiology before completing her Doctor of Physical Therapy Program at South College. She completed the Orthopedic Residency program with EIM in 2020 and is now a Board Certified Orthopedic Specialist. Kim acts as a mentor for new residents in the clinic leading residency rounds, and on staff as adjunct faculty for South College DPT program. Kim has a strong passion for learning and teaching. When she is not in the clinic she enjoys being active outdoors and spending time with her family and friends.
