Jamie Caulley is a physical therapist working in an outpatient clinical practice for Providence St. Joseph’s Health in Portland, Oregon. Providence St. Joseph’s is an integrated health care organization with 8 hospitals, 45+ Primary Care clinics and 35+ rehab clinics in Oregon and southwest Washington. She leads clinical practice development for Providence the region’s outpatient rehab clinics in the areas of fall prevention and balance.
Additionally, she works with Providence’s Senior Health Program as a clinical liaison connecting clinical practice across the health system, particularly between rehab and primary care. Her work serves to provide valuable and effective healthcare for all older adults. Jamie’s recent program work has focused on the implementation of STEADI into routine outpatient rehabilitation practice, as well as use of STEADI in primary care practice.
She has published several articles on the topic of fall prevention in older adults as well as teaches regularly to clinicians on the topic.
Jamie received her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Linfield College in 1999 and graduated from Pacific University with her doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2002.
