Dr. Dave Grams earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from MCPHS University in Worcester, MA, in 2016. During his time at MCPHS, he engaged with prominent leaders in the sport and orthopedic fields, fostering valuable connections. Following graduation, Dr. Grams underwent a comprehensive year-long training program in manual-based therapies (2018), and he achieved board certification in orthopedics in 2019, showcasing his commitment to excellence in the field.
Continuing his pursuit of knowledge, Dr. Grams completed the Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy Fellowship program through Bellin College and EIM in 2022. In 2023, he further enhanced his expertise by successfully finishing the Certificate Program in Strength and Conditioning Methods in Rehabilitation at the University of Saskatchewan.
Dr. Grams has dedicated his career to treating patients in spine centers throughout the Greater Boston area, providing him with a distinctive viewpoint on the management of complex spine-based pathologies. Additionally, he has gained exposure to the management of elite baseball and softball athletes, spanning from youth to collegiate levels.
A passionate educator, Dr. Grams serves as a mentor to students at various stages of their academic journey. His overarching goal is to empower fellow clinicians in delivering optimal care to their patients.
