Carley Greenawalt, PT, DPT, OCS, MTC, FAAOMPT has been practicing physical therapy since graduating from Slippery Rock University with a Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2012. She obtained an Orthopedic Certified Specialty in 2014 after completing her orthopedic residency with St. Francis University. She obtained a Manual Therapy Certification in 2015 and a Fellowship in Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapy through Evidence in Motion, in June 2018.
Dr. Greenawalt is the co-owner of Perform Physio LLC. In addition to treating traditional orthopedic injuries, she has a particular interest in treating CrossFit athletes and Olympic weightlifters. Dr. Greenawalt has been participating and competing in CrossFit herself for 9 years. She continues to pursue fitness now by competing in Hyrox competitions. Dr. Greenawalt is also a coach at Total Pursuit Athletics and is the primary in house physical therapist.
Dr. Greenawalt has also been an adjunct faculty with Slippery Rock University for several years teaching and assisting with their musculoskeletal courses. She has taught Differential Diagnosis for Duquesne University’s China Health Institute and continues to teach continuing education courses for Evidence in Motion.
Dr. Greenawalt is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and The American Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapists.
