Admissions Requirements

1. All students must be owners or managers in physical or occupational therapy practices, skilled nursing facilities, or small community hospitals with less than 60 beds.
2. All students must meet the minimum education/credentialing requirements for their respective career (to be evaluated during application process). Office managers who are not PTs or OTs may apply if they have a bachelor’s degree or 5 years equivalent experience.
3. All applicants must possess a current and valid license to practice in their respective profession. This license must not be under suspension, revocation, probationary status, or subject to disciplinary proceedings or inquiry. Non-licensed Rehab Technicians will be considered on a case by case basis.

Admission to the program is at the discretion of EIM.
