For: PT, OT

EIM’s Advanced Pelvic Health Certification provides advanced concepts in pelvic health in relationship to surrounding structures and systems, so students learn how the pelvic floor integrates with the body as a whole. Students are able to choose the path that fits their passion, whether they want to become an advanced clinician, teacher or researcher. Our program offers very low student: teacher ratios, and our blended format allows in-depth knowledge of both the didactics and hands-on skills.

Outcomes

  •  Students will learn advanced clinical skills in dry needling, visceral mobilization and male-specific techniques and advanced clinical management skills that include pediatrics, post-cancer topics, nutrition, hormones, male pelvic health, organ health, post-operative care and more
  • Our advanced program features fellowship-level content without the mentoring requirement, removing this barrier for sole practitioners; however, we do offer a mentoring component for students who choose this path
  • Network with fellow clinicians and receive continued support even after certification
