Bio

Mike has been a physical therapist since September 2019. He graduated from the University of Minnesota Doctorate in Physical therapy program in July 2019. Since starting his career, he has constantly pursued continuing education and professional development. He entered the Evidence in Motion sports residency program in 2020 and completed his program in 2022. Soon after, he passed the ABPTS sports physical therapy board examination in June 2022. Mike has taken Evidence in Motion’s Emergency Medical Responder course multiple times in order to maintain his confidence and pursue his goal of performing more on-site sports medical coverage. Clinically, Mike treats a largely athletic population but also specializes in concussions and vestibular therapy. Professionally, he is also a soccer coach, clinical instructor for student physical therapists, residency mentor for current sports specialist residents, lab assistant at a local DPT program, and the on-site medical provider for a youth sports organization. Mike hopes to manage in his future and has dreams of being the physical therapist for a professional sports team.
