Do I receive a VR headset with the purchase of this course?

As part of this course, clinicians will receive a Virtual Reality headset (Pico G2 4K) and 30 days access to BehaVR’s PNE+ in VR experience. Clinicians can expect their VR headset to arrive within 1-2 weeks of registering, with the software directly loaded onto their headset. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship internationally at this time.

How do I access the VR course content?

Clinicians will utilize the VR headset and VR experience to complete Module 2 of the course. Though the course is self-paced, clinicians only get access to the PNE+ in VR experience for 30 days, starting from the day the clinician receives their headset. We therefore strongly recommend clinicians to get through the VR portion of the course soon after they receive their VR headset.

Once the 30-day access trial to BehaVR’s software comes to an end, clinicians will need to purchase a BehaVR clinician license ($999/year or $99/month) if they wish to continue accessing the PNE+ in VR experience on their VR headset to use with patients in clinics. If clinicians do not wish to continue using the VR experience after their 30-day trial, BehaVR will remotely revoke the clinician’s access to the software from their VR headset.

What happens after I register for this course?
After you register for a course, you will be sent a confirmation email with your confirmation number and course details. As your course dates approaches, you will receive login information to your EIM Classroom account to access the course content online. EIM Classroom is the portal where you will receive course-specific instructions and complete your quizzes, surveys and your course certificate. You can complete some coursework prior to receiving your VR headset. Your headset should arrive within 3-7 business days.

What types of payment do you accept for courses?
Our preferred payment method is a credit card payment. You can also fax/mail in your payment; however, your seat will not be saved until your payment is completed.

What if I want to cancel the course after I registered/paid?
Because the Virtual Reality Training: Pain Neuroscience Education course includes specialized equipment that is shipped immediately following registration, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
