On this week’s EIM Inside Leadership Podcast with Dr. Daphne Scott, Daphne talks about setting goals for 2018, now that it’s the end of the year. But not just regular goals, anti-goals. What exactly does that mean? Here’s a question:

What do you want to EXPERIENCE that you’re not already experiencing?

The untrained mind tends to focus more on the things that we don’t enjoy rather than the things we do enjoy. But there’s a lot more to that in the episode! Daphne asks some powerful questions about how you want your next year to go. Most of us have the tendency to ask questions centering around what our best year will look like, for example, but what if we were to also ask what our worst year would look like? Then set plans and goals to the opposite of that!
